Baptism is a holy covenant between God, the family, and the church community. At St. John United Methodist Church, we welcome your child into Christ’s holy church with open arms and immense joy.

Please review the requirements below and complete our online registration form to begin planning this sacred milestone.

To ensure everything is prepared for the ceremony, please submit all required items at least one (1) week prior to your scheduled baptism date.

• Child’s Birth Certificate: Provide a clear photocopy, scanned copy, or high-quality mobile photo.
• List of Principal Sponsors (Godparents)

You may choose one of the following convenient options to submit your birth certificate and sponsor list:

• In Person: Bring a hard copy directly to the church office.
• Via Form: Send scanned copies or clear photos using the form above.

• Who Must Attend: Both Parents and Principal Sponsors.
• When: Exactly one (1) hour before the scheduled baptism ceremony.
• Led by: The Church Pastor.
